Leadership

Pastor Jeff Stackhouse has been serving in pastoral ministry for the past 37 years.  He earned a BA degree from Florida Bible College in Biblical Studies, an MA degree from Tampa Bay Theological Seminary in Pastoral Ministries, and an Mdiv from Grace Theological Seminary.  He is a faithful and loving husband to Lauren Stackhouse, and a beloved father and grandfather.  By the grace of God, he was saved as a sophomore in college while playing for Ball State. Because of His love and zeal for the Word of God, he chose to leave behind his full-ride basketball scholarship to become a pastor.  He enjoys studying, basketball, tennis, and fellowshipping with men of God.

Jesse is a devoted husband to Tara, and the proud father of four rowdy boys.  He is an elder and chief musician at Christ Church, and a Lt. Colonel, pilot, and commander in the Air Force.  Jesse holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Air Force Academy, a master of Education, and is currently enrolled in the Te Drum Fellowship at Theopolis. In his free time, he enjoys trail running, playing guitar or 3/4 bass, reading, writing, woodworking, and crafting cocktails for or smoking his pipe with the brothers. He is an artist, outdoorsman, craftsman, and loves showing hospitality, applying theology, and pursuing the beautiful.

Brent and Maria met in Moscow, ID where they attended Christ Church. They were married in 2005 and have 8 children. Brent and Maria are proud to homeschool their children while their high school kids attend Logos Online School. Brent has been ministering in Las Vegas since 2013 as a Deacon and was ordained an Elder in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, a Master's of Arts in Organization Leadership from Brandman University, and a Master's of Arts and Science in Military Operations from Air University. He is currently finishing another degree and is enrolled in a Master's of Divinity at Reformed Evangelical Seminary. He is active with his family working out, running, camping, homeschooling, barbering, gardening, hunting, fishing, and traveling. Brent has been a pilot for over 20 years and is an active duty Air Force Pilot. 

Michael serves as deacon at Christ Church Las Vegas and is husband to Justina. He and Justina have two girls who they train in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Coming from the east, Michael has been in Las Vegas for the better part of 15 years. He’s a tradesman with a background in carpentry, works as plumber full time, and aspires to have his work reflect the praise of the greatest creator of all. If he’s not reading scripture, listening to sermons or good books (on canon +), camping, hiking, or hunting, he’s probably fixing something with a hammer or wrench to the glory of God.

Nick and his wife Lizzie herald from the Northern California Mountains near the valley of Wine next to the great Pacific Coast. He grew up in Church his whole life, and hasn't known any other way. The covenant community and the kingdom of God are a priority in his heart, and the privilege of serving as a deacon at CCLV brings him profound joy. Additionally he serves by playing the guitar on the worship team and occasionally putting a bluegrass spin onto an old hymn. Nick is a qualified master plumber in the trades and loves working hard with his hands. He, his wife and their 4 children love everything outdoors, and an occasional ride on his Motorcycle hits the sweet spot. The Perry home is a house of song and study, making sure to grow in wisdom and in praise. The Perrys believe that God's world is a mostly fun and terrifyingly wonderful place to be and that we shouldnt worry as much as we do because we serve a Mighty God who cares deeply for us. This is truly the good life, all for Christ.

Josh is son to Pastor Jeff and Lauren Stackhouse, and was raised in ministry by his faithful parents.  He has been a diligent student of the Word of God under the direction of the church and has been serving on the church worship team for the past 5 years.  He works full-time as the Lead Trainer and manager at the Headquarters of a nation-wide garage door company.  At the end of 2022 he married Ashleigh, and the following year they had their sweet baby girl.  He enjoys playing guitar, singing, cooking, and fellowshipping with men of God over whiskey and cigars.
